Educational Workshops and Support Groups
Evolving Women offers a wide range of workshops and support groups which focus on skill building and transition management. Topics range from divorce, self-esteem and co-dependency to workplace communication, goal setting, women's health issues, and starting a small business.
Individual Short Term Counseling
Evolving Women provides individual short term counseling by professional staff with Degrees in Social Work or Counseling. Financial, career, couples and pregnancy counseling are also available.
Resource and Referrals
Evolving Women maintains a lending library of books, videos and tapes on a variety of subjects of interest to women. Resource and referral information on community resources and various women's services is available in person or by phone.
Community Presentations
Evolving Women makes presentations to church groups, service clubs, business and organizations on specific skill building topics and the special needs of women in transition.
